March 19, 2012 –

MAYETTA:  We-Ta-Se American Legion Post #410 hosted a luncheon today at the Boys & Girls Club for National Vice Commander David Voyles who represents the Midwest region, and is on a tour of the Sunflower state.   Other members of his party included Department Commander Dale Allen, Vice Commander Paul Sanford, and Elizabeth Patton, District Representative from U.S. Sen. Before the luncheon the group took a tour of the We-Ta-Se headquarters and the Boys & Girls Club.  A short meeting followed where members of We-Ta-Se and Tribal Council spoke as well as the American Legion representatives.
