The Fire Keepers Elder Center Building open hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

The Fire Keepers Elder Center provides a place for community elders to come together.

The Center is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The facility is equipped with a game room with pool tables, a craft room, a sitting room for visiting and tv watching, access to gym equipment, and other scheduled activities. Each summer the program coordinates a trip for the Elders to attend the annual Potawatomi Gathering.

Approximately 120 nutritious lunches are served to community members each day. Meal delivery is available to home-bound seniors on the Reservation . Each month a special birthday meal is prepared to celebrate senior birthdays. Potawatomi Tribal Fire Department provides free blood pressure and sugar level checks starting at 11:15 a.m. each day.
