| During the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) annual conference held in Phoenix last week, PBPN Tribal Council members had their picture taken with Secretary of the Department of Interior (DOI) Dirk Kempthorne and Nedra Darling who is DOI Director of Public Affairs and also a PBPN member.
