Potawatomi Law and Order Code Title 12 – Gaming is open for Public Comment by enrolled members of the PBP Nation.
The proposed changes can be viewed by logging in to the Members Only Site and selecting the folder, “Public Comments on Code,” then selecting the subfolder “Title 12: Proposed Amendments.” The Members Only site is accessible through the “Community” tab on the home page.
The Nation is accepting comments from the 60 day period of August 13, 2020, through October 11, 2020. All comments received will be reviewed by the PBPN Tribal Council.
