The Prairie Band Casino and Resort, under the guidance of the PBPN Tribal Council, will open a temporary commissary for PBPN members on Friday, April 3, 2020. The PBCR Commissary will assist the community by making needed food and paper supplies available locally.
The PBCR Commissary will carry staple items like milk, butter, flour, and sugar, along with dried goods such as beans, cereal, and pasta. Bread, deli meats, cheese, and frozen and canned vegetables will also be available, along with paper goods like toilet paper and Kleenex tissues. Additional items may be added in the future.
The commissary will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The first hour of operation, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. is set aside for seniors age 50 and up, then will be available to all ages. To access the PBCR Commissary utilize the Events Center entrance, located on the west end of the building. The Prairie Band Casino and Resort is located at 12305 150th Road, Mayetta, Kansas.
All items are being sold at cost. Cash or card are acceptable forms of payment. Orders can also be placed from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. by calling 785-966-7870 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
