In thinking about the switch to the new FSA cards, app and/or website, please rate the following:

Did you receive your cards in a timely manner?(required)

This year Keating and Associates has required uploading or turning in all receipts for services rendered including co-pays. How has this affected you?

I’m not sure what you’re talking about, I don’t have any knowledge of this

It’s affected me very little, I mostly use my FSA to pay for prescription and over the counter medications

I’ve had to submit/upload multiple invoices or EOB’s, but once I figured it out it was not a big deal

I get numerous requests to submit documents and trying to figure out what they need and will accept has become quite the hassle
