The Prairie Band Health Center is hosting a Mass Vaccination Walk-in Clinic on Friday, March 26, 2021, from 8:45 a.m. through 2 p.m. This event is open to any resident of Jackson County, Kan. age 16 and over. Participants do not need to sign up through the Jackson County Vaccine portal.

The Prairie Band Health Center will administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to participants. Participants need to bring a photo ID, preferably a driver’s license along with insurance, if available. Participants age 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The follow-up shot will be administered on Friday, April 16, 2021.

The Prairie Band Health Center is located at 11400 158 Road, Mayetta, Kansas.
