MAYETTA: Kevin Penner, Las Vegas, NV became the third rookie this summer to win on the Adams Golf Pro Tour Series. Penner, who was an honorable mention All-America this past year at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), has only played in three tournaments on the Adams Series since he graduated in May.
