The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation is conducting a survey regarding long term health care services for tribal members.
All tribal members are encouraged to participate, responses are being accepted through Friday, May 15, 2020, either online or by mail. All mail post marked by the deadline of May 15, 2020, will be included. Please return printed surveys to PBP Nation, ATTN: Survey, 16281 Q Road, Mayetta, KS 66509.
The Nation will also send the survey out to membership in the near future.
