The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Housing Department is implementing new protocols for interactions between tenants and staff to minimize the potential exposure to the coronavirus.
Regular business hours will remain in effect Monday through Friday, however, all in-person business shall be by appointment only (excluding rent payments – see below), and can be set up by calling the main office number: 785-966-2756.
In-person rent payment by cash or credit/debit transactions will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the 1st through 5th of each month (adjusted for weekends and holidays).
All check or money order payments should be placed in the dropbox located outside the front door of the Housing office at all times. Applications and additional paperwork should also be submitted through the dropbox to assist in limiting exposure.
Tenants can also make rent and other payments by Credit/Debit Card online at https://securepayment.link/pbpindiantribe/housing-services-credit-card-payment/
These protocols are effective immediately.
