The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Tribal Council has determined after careful consideration to transition the October 17, 2020, General Council meeting from in-person to an informational call-in meeting.
The transition to an informational call-in meeting will provide a safe avenue for the health and wellbeing of all members during the coronavirus pandemic. As an informational meeting, no actions will be voted upon during the call.
Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation enrolled tribal members, age 18 and over, can access the call-in instructions posted in the Members Only Portal. The instructions are located in the “Tribal Council Updates” folder. Any eligible PBPN tribal member needing access to the Members Only portal should sign up for access to the portal by Friday, October 16, 2020, by 3 p.m.
The call-in meeting will open at 9 a.m. allowing members to dial in, in advance of the 9:30 a.m. meeting start time. All callers will initially be placed on mute, with the call un-muted during the question and answer periods. All callers are asked to be respectful of one another during the questions and answer process.
