The PBPN Education Department has created a new Facebook group to showcase PBPN 2020 Graduates!
You are invited to join to follow along – click the link to join: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1227134930827678/ – or find it on Facebook @Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation – Classes of 2020.
This is a fun, and safe, way to highlight recent graduates.
For graduates: please share a photo and background information about yourself/your student (8th grade promotions, High School Seniors, Trade school, Bachelors, Masters, PhD’s).
Things you may want to include: Name, Name of School, Next steps for High School Seniors (i.e. off to college, the army, or joining the workforce, maybe taking a gap year), any special recognition or awards received (National Honor Society member, All-State, Etc.) or Extra Curricular Activities, and parents’ names if you choose. For Higher Education list the Degree conferred, along with any extra curriculars or merits of accomplishment. Just have fun with it – You earned it!
Additionally, tribal members can submit a photo and information about their graduates for the next edition of the PBP News, by emailing a photo and information to media@pbpnation.org by Friday, May 1, 2020.
