The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Tribal Council has scheduled two virtual town halls to increase the flow of communication with the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation general membership.
Enrolled PBPN tribal members are encouraged to submit questions or topics for conversation by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 16, 2020. Questions/topics can be emailed to the Tribal Council Secretary’s Office at email@example.com and cc: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: Town Hall. Written questions/comments can be addressed to PBPN TC Secretary, 16281 Q Road, Mayetta, KS, 66509. All exchanges must include the tribal member’s first and last name and enrollment number.
The first virtual town hall is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020. The town hall is accessible by phone or by logging in through a computer or laptop. Detailed access instructions are available in the Members Only Portal. Instructions are located in the “Tribal Council Updates – 2020” folder.
The virtual town hall will open at 5:30 p.m. allowing members to dial in/log in, in advance of the 6 p.m. start time. All callers will initially be placed on mute, callers will be un-muted during specified periods. All participants are asked to be respectful of one another during the event.
The second virtual town hall is slated for 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Questions/topics will be received for the second town hall from December 2, through 4:30 p.m. on December 14, 2020. Access instructions will be posted into the Members Only Portal on December 2, 2020.
