PBPN 1st Quarter Charitable Contributions

Thousands of Kansans will benefit from the $72,325 awarded by the PBP Nation to 17 local programs and agencies in northeast Kansas through the Charitable Contribution Committee. The cash awards allow each program and agency to operate and provide services and events to the Northeast Kansas area community.

An awards ceremony took place at the Prairie Band Casino and Resort, 12305 150 Road, Mayetta, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2020.

First-quarter recipients include:

Each quarter the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation distributes funding awards to various organizations and events promoting community stewardship and long-term sustainability of resources for Kansans.

The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation accepts contribution requests throughout the year, the application and details are located on the Nation’s website under the Community tab, www.pbpindiantribe.com/charitable-contributions/
