The Prairie Band Potawatomi Health Center is excited to announce two relocations within the Health Center!
- The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) has moved into their new space in the previous Dental Clinic.
- The Purchased Referred Care program (PRC) has moved into the previous administrative offices.
Both new locations are conveniently located just off of the main health center waiting room (please see the map).
