This Notice shall satisfy the above-cited procedural notification requirements.
FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation has determined the project, “Replacement of Water Pressure Booster Station” will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required. Additional project information is contained in the Environmental Assessment on file at 15498 K Road, Mayetta, Kansas 66509 and may be examined or copied weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Any individual, group, or agency disagreeing with this determination or wishing to comment on the project may submit written comments to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, Planning and Environmental Protection. All comments received by October 13, 2020, will be considered by the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.
