Due to delays in construction from the submittal/procurement process and the extreme cold weather, the sewer project is expected to take longer than initially scheduled. The contractor is requesting a 45-day extension and it is likely that the sewer main and lift station will not be completed until early May. Individuals living in the area can expect construction traffic on and off until that time. Although most of the sewer main is already installed, we are anticipating a road boring across M Road near 158th Road in the upcoming weeks. We appreciate everyone’s patience on this project and thank you.
