New Applicant Tracking System is now LIVE!
PBPN Human Resources is proud to announce the implementation of ApplicantPro!
Human Resources is excited to announce a new and improved initiative that improves the electronic handling of all of our recruitment needs. ApplicantPro, is the applicant tracking system that we will begin using today! Our primary objective with this new system is to:
• Deliver a system that offers a user friendly interface for both applicants and hiring managers
• Streamline the recruitment process
• Reduce the amount of manual entry
• Improve reporting accuracy by having data housed in one system.
Please test out our new system by clicking here, selecting the “Careers” hot button on the home page or by selecting “Employment” from the left side of the screen. All in-house applications should be submitted to this system as well.
The PBPN Human Resources office has begun transitioning, and will fully transition by 6/30/17, after which paper applications will no longer be accepted.
