Logan Wesley Thomas Wamego “GTCHE-GETCH-TA”(Little Warrior), age 9, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family at his side December 8, 2014 after a four-year battle with osteosarcoma.
He was born on Christmas day 2004 to Shannon Ducey and Phillip Wamego of Wabeno.
He is survived by his parents, one sister, Cheyenne, and one brother, Phllip Richard Wamego; grandparents, Linda Roberts and the late Thomas Roberts, Pamela (Wamego) and Lawrence Daniels and grandfather Phillip Wesley LaBarge.
Also survived by aunts and uncles; Lisa and Doug Davis, Christina and David Wuinn, Jennifer Roberts, Stephanie Roberts, Danac LaBarge, Star LaBarge, Darryl LaBarge. Cousins: Danielle, Thomas, Christopher, Sadie, Destiny, Ariana, Brycon, Deiandra, Tanya, Andrianne, Adrienne, Star, Monique, Darrius and other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was at the Presbyterian Church in Wabeno, Thursday, Dec. 11 from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until lunch at noon. The Funeral Service was at 1 p.m. with Pastor Lee Jennings officiating. Interment was at the Forest Hill Cemetery, in Wabeno.
