Harold Hernandez Obituary

TOPEKA, KS – Harold Ernest Hernandez, 57, of Topeka, died December 10, 2020, at his home.

He was born on May 18, 1963, in Topeka, Kansas the son of George and Arlene (Marshno) Hernandez.

He worked in the lawn care nursery business. Harold enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends. He also was a sports fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and the K-State Wildcats.

Harold is survived by a brother Daniel Hernandez, a sister, Antoinette “Toni” (Randy) Dodds all of Topeka, a half-brother, Vincent Hernandez of Mayetta, and two half-sisters, Dolly Potts of Wisconsin and Denise Hinds of Mayetta and many nieces and nephews.

Harold will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Tuesday after 2:00 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Dance Ground Cemetery on the Potawatomi Indian Common Land. The family would like to encourage you to wear Raiders or Wildcat attire to his service.
