Anthony “Dean” Kabance Obituary

TOPEKA, KS – Anthony “Dean” Kabance, 58, of Topeka, KS, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020, at Midland Care Hospice House in Topeka. He was born October 27, 1962, in Topeka, KS, the son of Carol Jean Kabance.

Dean lived most of his life in Topeka. He worked as a laborer for building construction companies. He was a member of Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

Dean married Jadee Evans; she survives of Topeka, KS. Other survivors include 2 sons, Matthew Dean Kabance and Shadusa Neil Roberson both of Topeka, KS; 2 daughters, Leslie Kabance Barlow and Neshe-Mahe Mekayla Evans Kabance both of Topeka, KS; sister, Andrea Kitchkommie of Topeka, KS and 6 grandchildren. Dean was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Jean Kitchkommie, and his sisters Deanne Muniz and Christina Fitzherbert.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2020, at Shipshee Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton; must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
