Francis Jensen will be inducted into the Holton Chamber of Commerce in February. In the photo above, he is seen giving the invocation at the Veterans pow-wow held last September in Prairie Peoples Park. He has been an active We-Ta-Se American Legion Post 410 member since the group began in 1985.
MAYETTA: Francis Jensen, a PBPN member, has been selected for induction into the Holton Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame and will be recognized during a banquet in February.
Jensen is a life-long common land resident and Holton citizen who owned a barber shop in Holton for over fifty years. He is also being recognized for his many years of volunteer work with youth organizations and active service as a military veteran.
Jensen will be recognized along with the late George Gantz, Judy Olson, Janet Zwonitzer, Joannie Dannenberg and Betty Fleming.
