The Elder Assistance Program has expended funds available for the 2020 fiscal year. The program, which is administered through the Purchased Referred Care office at the Prairie Band Health Center, will begin accepting applications for fiscal year 2021 on December 1, 2020.
The Elder Assistance Program is available for eligible enrolled PBPN members age 60 and older at the time of qualifying expenditure.
