Over 285 surveys were completed that were administered by the CHAT team during the last week. The purpose of the survey is to gauge overarching health issues and concerns that pertain to tribal communities and the Prairie Band are doing their part in helping a state-wide Healthy Kansas Tribes 2020 initiative that began last year.
