Due to the upcoming Tribal Elections and future town hall meetings, the Member Services Department is requesting all tribal members to update their contact information, if needed.
If you are in the local area, and would like to return the form in person, you will need to call Member Services at 785-966-3934 for entry into the building.
Returning the form through the mail is preferred at this time, the mailing address is listed on the form.
