The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Early Childhood Education Center is accepting applications for the Early Head Start 2020-21 school year. The deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Children must be 3 years of age before September 1, 2020, to qualify.
Applications (both must be completed and returned by the deadline for consideration)
Applications can also be requested to be sent via email, through standard mail, faxed or an appointment for curbside pick-up can be scheduled by contacting Head Start/Early Head Start Program Manager Skyla Wakole by phone 785-966-8122 or through email at skylawakole@pbpnation.org.
The same methods are approved for returning the completed application. They can be sent via email to skylawakole@pbpnation.org, mailed to 15380 K Road, Mayetta, KS, 66509, faxed to 785-966-2514, or call 785-966-8122 to arrange curbside drop-off.
