Tribal Council is pleased to announce the Nation has received Coronavirus Relief Fund dollars as part of the CARES Act and will soon be dispersed to members as a Special Coronavirus Relief Benefit. This non-taxable disbursement is for COVID-19 related expenses such as compliance with stay at home orders, rent/mortgage, utilities, food, internet, personal protective equipment and any other related expenses due to the pandemic. A detailed letter is posted in the Members Only Portal, in the folder “Tribal Council Updates -2020.” Finance is working on the release of the payment and is expected to be paid out by June 30, 2020.
