Government Center Lower Level
The following supplies will be available while supplies last:
Pencils Pens Glue Paper
Rulers Scissors Crayons Markers
Notebooks Colored Pencils Highlighters Erasers
Compass/Protractor Index Cards 2 Pocket Folders with/without prongs
Parent/Guardian MUST HAVE an updated profile sheet and a copy of the students CDIB Card on file.
***Eligible students must be a member of, or at least ¼ degree Indian blood descendant of a member of a federally recognized tribe.
The JOM Program provides services for students in these School Districts:
USD 321, 335, 336, and 337
***If you live out of the district, but are attending one of our schools, please bring proof from the school that you are enrolled.
