Tribal Court

The Tribal District Court is a general jurisdiction Court of record that hears all matters within the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation's jurisdiction. The Potawatomi Tribal District Court was created through the Potawatomi Law and Order Codes, which created a trial level district court and an appeals court.
