150th and 75 Highway Project

The Nation purchased a tract of land in 1997, located at the 150th Road exit east of Highway 75 and applied for Trust status. This tract of land is established as trust land with the federal government. The Nation intends to utilize this property for a commercial development project. As a result, in 2007, the Nation selected Amerindian/Klas Robinson, a feasibility, design, and architecture firm, to assist the Nation in exploring business needs and design features for this site. The Nation has identified several businesses that have high-level success potential and is currently working on comprehensive plans for these businesses while beginning the design phase of the project. Ground will be broken for the project in the latter 2008 with business operations commencing in 2009.
